This week Year 4 journeyed further into Surrealism by way of Monoprinting.
Their three chapter story was portrayed with a simple line drawing on a piece of paper, this paper was then carefully placed onto a layer of ink. The lines were redrawn on the paper which picks up ink onto the underside of the paper.
There are pitfalls with this process, but there were lots of successes and plenty of learning how to improve on the next print.
