It was all eyes on French in Year 3! This term in languages, children in Pre-Prep have been learning French. Year 3 have been familiarising themselves with greetings and feelings and have been practising these in their lessons.
They have been creating their own mini dialogues independently, with a little help from their “googly eyed” characters, and have really impressed me with their confident conversations in French. Their vocabulary and accents are progressing really well and they are showing great resilience as they persevere to challenge themselves to improve further. This will stand Year 3 in good stead for their transition into Year 4 French in the autumn. As you can see from the photos…”C’est amusant!” Bravo Year 3!
