What a busy week we have had in Pre Reception! This week we have been learning all about the season of Winter. We have spoken about what types of clothing we needed to wear and what happens to the weather during this season. We had great fun when we created our own handprint snowflakes and loved making splats and painting our hands completely white. We have also been working on some school readiness such as practising our sounds and tripod grips.
We have also been talking a lot about responsibilities and making sure that we are looking after our own belongings and putting them on our pegs. During our Shared Learning session the children have amazed us by remembering all their sounds that they had received before Christmas and we then practised our tripod grasp by writing our names on a whiteboard. Well done Pre-Reception!
