Method (basic crêpes)
Assembling and decorating your crêpe cake
This is where you can summon your Christmas creativity and make your cake as festive as you like.
Each crêpe will need to be sandwiched with a sweet sticky filling (eg, chocolate spread / jam / cream / marshmallow fluff, etc).
There must be a minimum of 8 layers.
Once your cake has been assembled, you can decorate it.
Email a photo and a brief description of your cake to Madame Mookherjee, she would love to see your creative crêpe cakes. 10 show ups for pupils who send in their photos!
