Year 4 and 5 joined our regular Tuesday night boarders to have a fun packed evening of Disney themed games and challenges. They all had to dress up in a Disney costume and there was some great teamwork on display as they got stuck into the challenges with a great spirit.
There was a carousel of events: Castle Chaos, where they were challenged to build a castle out of recycling using no adhesive materials; Monsters Inc Munch, where they had to feed the monsters bean bag food; Rapunzel’s Tangled Hair, they had to use their best team working skills as they were all tied up in a piece of string and had to untangle themselves; To Infinity and Beyond, a challenge to race with Buzz’s rocket balanced on their heads; Lilo and Stitch Hula’s hula hoop marathon.
The evening culminated in the eating of a spectacular (and very delicious) Mickey Mouse cake, expertly baked by the team in the kitchen.
