Years 4 & 5 Overnight Stay
Tuesday night saw the first theme night this year for Years 4 and 5 based on the books of Roald Dahl, with some of the pupils dressing up in great costumes. After a delicious themed cake and tuck, the pupils whirled round a madcap carousel of activities which included Willy Wonka’s taste challenge – a ghastly or gorgeous blindfolded taste test! Pupils also had to pin the glass eye on Mrs Twit, hit the Roly Poly bird with a wellie and work as a team to make sure the giant peach made it to the sea. The science lab was transformed into George’s Marvellous Experiments workshop and everyone was amazed at the fantastic experiments and mess!
