Babies
Babies have loved exploring the garden looking for bugs, balancing on beams and taking safe risks climbing up onto garden equipment. We have explored shapes with some of our children this week using a variety of activities.
Bluebells
This week the Bluebells have enjoyed a variety of different stories for our sponsored listening to stories week.
Poppies
This week we received our caterpillars. Poppies have loved looking at them closely and talking about the stages of what is to come in their life cycle. The children have thoroughly enjoyed a whole range of stories with Vicki coming in to read her favourite ones from home and some children sharing their favourites from home also. We have also enjoyed tuff trays and creative activities based on popular stories too.
Pre-R
In Pre-Reception this week, we have been planting our sunflowers and concentrating on our listening skills, so we could follow the instructions we were given carefully. We have been learning about what we need to do to look after our sunflowers, all the different parts of a flower and what each part does.
