It’s been a colourful week in Nursery with the Babies exploring paints, the Bluebells have been very active trying lots of different sports and the Poppies have been doing some vibrant planting in the garden for us all to enjoy
Babies
Our babies have been exploring movement and marks using different coloured paints. They have made some amazing marks using mirrors while exploring their own reflections. Our older babies investigated the art of colour mixing too.
Bluebells
This week, Bluebells have taken part in a sports themed week. We have tried batting balls, throwing balls, an egg and spoon race and having a boat race in the water.
Poppies
Poppies have made the most of the sunshine enjoying lots of their own chosen activities and games in the garden. Some have helped us to water the newly planted flowers and vegetables. We have also explored the environment for bugs on our bug themed week and have looked at the life cycle of a butterfly.
