We hope you all had a lovely Easter break. We have enjoyed seeing you all again enjoying a range of activities and enjoying some lovely spring sunshine.
Babies have loved exploring in the garden looking for bugs using our magnifying glasses to find them. We were lucky enough to find some spiders and a ladybird. This sparked a lot of curiosity about bugs and insects.
This week the Bluebells have enjoyed practising their cutting skills and have also enjoyed making some spiders webs using wool and string. In the garden we have enjoyed popping bubbles and exploring the cardboard boxes.
We have concentrated on activities based around ‘our families’ this week. Some children brought in some wonderful family photos to share with the group which we enjoyed together. The children have also been drawing their families. We talked about St Georges day and made flags also.
