Babies have really loved different activities outside in the fresh air. We have explored sand and water and have explored what happens when we mix them together and the different textures.
This week the Bluebells have enjoyed searching for ladybirds in the garden. We have shown interest in the cameras and have been taking our own pictures in the garden.
We have had so much fun this week enjoying some spring activities. We looked at a range of different vegetables by burying them in soil with spades and rakes. We also practised our cutting skills and looked closer at the vegetables looking at colours, layers, the smells and talking about how they grow. We used flowers to work on our fine motor skills by threading them through holes to make our own flower arrangements.
The whole nursery took part in a daffodil doddle within our rooms and gardens in aid of Marie Curie on Tuesday. Did you manage to spot any at home on your walks? Upload your photos to tapestry for us to see.
Have a lovely weekend everyone.Categories: News Nursery
