Babies
The babies have had a lovely Christmas and have settled back in well enjoying a variety of activities. They have enjoyed exploring paint using their hands and feet as well as a beach themed tuff tray featuring sea creatures, shells and stones. The older children were introduced to scissors to try and cut playdoh, along with mark making using chalks, felt tipped pens and crayons.
Bluebells
This week the children have enjoyed settling back into nursery after our Christmas break. We have enjoyed spending time getting to know some of our new friends. We have had fun making some handprints, feeding the birds in the garden, playing with the construction sets and taking part in action games in a group.
Poppies
In Poppies we welcomed some new friends from Bluebells this week. We have been getting to know each other by using the talking teddy discussing our homelife such as pets and family members and all talking about our Christmas break. We have also enjoyed puddle jumping, lots of role play games and stories and singing.
