Year 6 Debating

This house believes that the wheel has been of more use to humanity than the box.

Year 6 debating activity tool part in a brilliant debate on Thursday in the library. For the proposition team, Francis B, Isabella N, Charlie H, Alexander B and Leonardo U argued for the wheel, whilst on the opposition team, Olivia B, Rufus C, Will G and James M argued for the box.

Interestingly, the proposition overwhelmingly won the vote despite the opposition’s convincing protest that we would not have houses were it not for the box!
