We have all been getting into the Christmas spirit this week, decorating the rooms with sparkly accessories and hanging baubles on each room’s tree. What fun we have had.
Babies
This week we celebrated St Andrew’s day. We used blue and white play dough for the children to explore using their hands and rolling pins to make their own flags.
Bluebells
We have been practicing our cutting skills this week making snowflakes. We have also been singing some Christmas songs and have enjoyed wearing our Christmas hats.
Poppies
This week we had a cheeky little elf come and pay the Poppies children a visit. He brought with him lots of shimmering snow and his jingle bells. The children have loved meeting him again and have been enjoying seeing what he has been up to everyday. Along with the bells, the children have been exploring a whole range of musical instruments as part of our musical themed week as well as singing Christmas jingles. Have a lovely weekend.
