As part of the application process for Head of Element, several Year 8s were selected to address their respective Elements.
It is always a great event where nerves are dealt with and pupils demonstrate courage in a public speaking situation. Each pupil is then allowed to vote for whom they feel should represent their Element.
Well done to all the Year 8s for their applications, and the maturity and independence shown.
