Year 7 pupil, Jamie S, led by example by doing a litter pick around where he lives for the ‘Great British Beach Clean – Source to Sea’ campaign last week.
Jamie picked around 10kg of rubbish, with a great deal of this being cigarette butts. The oddest thing he found was a coffee machine capsule. His data has been sent off to the Marine Conservation Society for their annual litter pick analysis of Great Britain. Well done, Jamie!
