We welcomed back our adventuring classics students midway through half term after a very successful trip to Rome. From Gladiator fighting to an Italian cookery class the trip was packed full of wonderful experiences and we are very grateful to Mrs De Voy for putting together such a superb itinerary and to Mr Cortes and Mr White for their assistance on the trip.
The new half term got off to a sunny start in time for our spring Taster morning for prospective new children, which takes place tomorrow. We look forward to welcoming the children and their parents to the school for this termly event leading up to them enrolling in September. You will also see we have our Open Morning coming up on the 15 March. Do please let any friends, relatives or neighbours who may be interested in the school know they are very welcome to attend.
The hard work and practice paid off for the Prep school children who took part in the Times Table Challenge on Monday lunchtime. Congratulations to the winners and runners up but also to those who beat their personal best.
Next week we also have the Year 4&5 production to look forward to on Friday evening and the annual Year 3 Tag rugby and netball tournament. I look forward to seeing many of you at those events.
With best wishes
