Curtains Up!

Inspired after taking part in the Year 4/5 production earlier this term, Lucinda, Hannah and Eleanor in Year 4 have got the acting bug!  They have written the script for their own play and have began rehearsing it. They hope to perform it to their class and they now have plans to film it.

Year 5 Art – Myths & Legends

As part of their myths and legends project, Year 5 have been designing their own flags.  Once they had reflected on their designs and developed them, they then started their final designs on fabric.

Year 2 – Scented Garden Part 2

Starting with a photograph to spark their curiosity Year 2 continued working on their scented garden projects and undertook a colour matching exercise to create an impressionistic ‘scented garden’.

Air Charity Day 2021

Today Air hosted a charity day in support of the Bumblebee charity.  All pupils were invited to come in either yellow or purple in support of the Bumblebee Charity for a contribution of £1.  The Bumblebee Charity helps young children with physical difficulties taking part in a fun-filled sensory programme. Static Magic

The look of wonder on the Year 4 children’s faces was fantastic, as they made their very own static magic show.  They experimented with the Van der Graaff generator, which was hair raising, picked up tissue paper with rulers and bent water – amazing.
