Burns’ Night Extravaganza

Years 7 & 8 dusted off their tartan and threw themselves into a fantastic Burns Night celebration. Year 4 Art – Surreal Imagination

Year 4 had their curiosity sparked when they studied some of Magritte’s surrealist creations.  They have started to create a surrealist story and will be adding chapters throughout the term. The children were then challenged to choose one of their characters and have produced some fabulous glazed ceramic sculptures.

All Eyes on French

It was all eyes on French in Year 3! This term in languages, children in Pre-Prep have been learning French.  Year 3 have been familiarising themselves with greetings and feelings and have been practising these in their lessons.  They have been creating their own mini dialogues independently, with a little help from their “googly eyed”…
