It was a pleasure to see the pupils in year 8 lead Element meetings today. Excellent celebrations and togetherness all round: show up totals, progress badges and birthdays, were also packed in! Well done to George H, Luca C and Clara M for organising these.

It was an absolutely beautiful day for the Element Cross Country competition on the last day of term. Everyone did incredibly well, especially all the Year 3 children who were competing for the first time. The competition was won by Air, with Land in 2nd place and Water coming 3rd.
Beautiful weather and beautiful flowers bought out some real resourcefulness in Year 2. They had to observe, sketch, then they added colour with gentle water colours.
The wonders of Egypt have been captivating Year 4 in Global Studies. They created their own market stalls to share their research on a variety of different areas of Ancient Egypt. Can you guess what their stalls were about?

Years 7 & 8 enjoyed their themed Overnight Stay this week. We had a Bollywood dance workshop led by Jaymini, who not only taught us the moves but also the stories behind each dance and which region of India it was from. We also tucked in to a delicious Indian take away.
