Year 2 Friendship Friday

Year 2’s ‘Friendship Friday‘ continues to be a fun filled day where the children get to reconnect in small friendship groups with each other ‘virtually’ but face to face. We meet on screen, share our favourite jokes, photos that remind us of happy times, work we are proud of and play fun numbers and sound games….

Year 3 Art – Warhol

In art this week the Year 3 looked at the work of Andy Warhol, they took a virtual tour of the Tate Gallery before looking specifically at prints by Andy Warhol, specifically the very famous ones of Marilyn Monroe. The children created portraits of themselves in the style of Warhol’s Marilyn.

Year 3 Storytime

Year 3 were joined by their pets and favourite cuddly toys in Story Time this week. The pets and toys all seemed to enjoy it as much as the children. They also enjoyed another Fun Friday and shared some laughter and jokes.

Musical Monday

Year 2 – Towers, Turrets and Tunnels

Year 2 have been working very imaginatively on their beautiful paintings of castles as part of their Global Studies theme of Towers, Turrets and Tunnels.
