Applying for a scholarship is a wonderful way to recognise your child’s talents—whether that’s in academics, sport or the arts. At Holmwood House, scholarships celebrate potential and passion, and they come with a modest fee remittance as well as opportunities for further growth and challenge. If your child is an inspiring individual who loves to learn, create, or compete, we would love to hear from you!
Academic Scholarships
Academic Scholarships are by invitation only. Invitations are extended to both external applicants and Holmwood House Year 6 pupils with CAT scores (or equivalent) of over 125.
Assessment – We already know these applicants are academically able. In our Academic Scholarship Assessments we are looking for more than just ability, we also want to see the potential for academic leadership. Applicants will take part in a group task with our Head, then each will give a short presentation on a topic of their choice.
