Admissions Process
1. Book a Visit
We welcome families for individual visits throughout the year and we also host regular open days.
2. Registration
When you are ready to Register your child’s place you can contact the Admissions Team who will send the Registration Form. There is an accompanying registration fee of £50. Only registered applicants will be eligible to attend Taster Days and Assessments.
3. Taster Days and Assessments
- EYFS & Reception Entry – We will ask for your child’s latest school report, Early Years Profile (if applicable), and a reference from their current school/nursery.
- Prep School Entry – For children applying to the Prep School we invite them to spend a day with us so their teacher can get to know them through observation and activities. We will ask for your child’s latest school report and a reference from their current school.
- Senior School Entry – Applicants for the Senior School will be asked to sit an online entrance assessment between November and January, in a year prior to their entry. They will complete English and Maths assessments and will be invited to an interview with the Head. These assessments are primarily used to help us with class placement pupils performing particularly well in the entrance test may be considered for an academic scholarship.
4. Offer and Acceptance
If we’re able to offer your child a place, you’ll receive a confirmation letter along with an Acceptance Form. To secure the place, just return the completed form—signed by both parents or carers—along with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and the requested deposit amount.
All pupils who have accepted their offer will be invited to Transition Day in June and Nursery and Preschool children will be invited to Settling Days.
