Home learning doesn’t stop us from doing experiments in science. Today we were looking at different states and materials changing from solids to liquids by melting ice and making cornflake/crispie cakes using the ideas of melting and freezing. 3B did a great job of turning their kitchens into laboratories; we even managed to do it at school in the garden block.

Year 5 have been classifying vertebrates and invertebrates. We started by making classification tables for donuts and toys! Great fun!
