Baking with Sophie

Sophie, in Year 3, has been busy baking this week. She shows us how to make Cheese Balls (there is no cheese on them!), with Greek yoghurt and garlic on top! #Yummy!

Birdwatching with Bella, at Abberton Reservoir.

The highlight was seeing a Great White Egret. The group of Wigeon and Tufted Ducks were beautiful to see against the grey blue sky. Such a lovely place!
